She's an OC so this is going to be a bit of a wild ride anyway. Character Details Age Looks to be a very babyfaced young adult, chronologically 6 Hair/Eyes Bright, bright blue Height/Weight 5'2" / light enough to pick up no matter how weedy you are Notable Traits MAXIMUM FLUFF. Despite babyface her voice is a low alto. Also, for some reason there's always a lot of static around her...? 15 Second Summary tl;dr: dead science experiment turned patron deity of other science experiments and also vengeance Kaiko is (was) a frankensteinian construct who lived a short, unhappy life and was murdered brutally enough that her spirit stuck around to get revenge on those responsible with extreme prejudice, becoming an onryou in the process. Since she was otherwise sick of hurting people, though, after clawing her way back to sanity she managed to... stubborn herself into being something else? Honestly, she's not quite sure what happened there but she also has zero interest in looking that particular gift horse in the mouth, as it's allowed her to actually have a life among other people. Cheerful, friendly, poorly socialized (though she tries so hard), and has more than a bit of mostly buried misanthropy and loneliness. She's fine, though. Honest. Lots of small ribbons and lace accents, etc. Tends toward either oversized shirts/hoodies/tunics/etc. or short-sleeved/entirely sleeveless fitted things with very few in betweens. SKIRTS. Abilities & Permissions Abilities Spooky ghost shit (think The Grudge/Ju-on or The Ring type shenanigans) and control over lightning/electricity (which comes with a side bonus of some technopathy). Can fade in and out of corporeality at will and teleport to places or occasionally people that are symbolically "hers" (anywhere she has a shrine, wherever she considers home, etc.) Incredibly strong and durable when she chooses to fight physically; if you want to hurt her, you'll have to come at her indirectly. Permissions I am okay with many things! My only real limits are that I can't play out outright noncon or dubcon that would lead to real upset later, and I'd prefer to avoid loving descriptions of certain kinds of torture (eye, mouth, or finger trauma). If things are getting intense one way or another I would also like to be in contact! Sensing/Pings She feels primarily like a really nasty vengeful ghost; a closer "look" will pick up on ???something else??? that is both electrical and vaguely divine in nature, though it's kind of fuzzy exactly what that is or how strong. (Those explicitly familiar with kami/nature spirits/elementals will notice a strong similarity, but but it isn't quite the same...? This is because she's specifically linked with electricity that has been harnessed for purposeful use, rather than something "wild" like lightning.) Note that these are spiritual pings rather than magical, if there is a difference in your character's canon! Also, if you really squint, you can tell her soul sort of grew out of the fragments of a different one. It's kind of like the equivalent of a sapling growing from the rotting stump of an entirely different species of tree. Artificial beings (androids, homunculi, AI, etc.) may notice she seems strangely familiar or trustworthy— that she has high administrative privileges, essentially. As far as sensing goes, she can pick up on other spirits, people who are similar to her murderers in terms of attitude, and when people are similar to her in certain ways, though not how or why.
