Paracelsus is a Servant and has the standard Servant pings.

He's also committed....quite a bit of murder, about which he has very deep regrets, although he was pretty heavily mindfucked and acting under orders for most of it. (Canon is kind of unclear on whether he even realizes he was being compelled, although part of that is that I'm working with fan translations; I generally just play out that he's repressing too hard to introspect.)
