About: The ghost of a murdered frankensteinian construct, who has since been enshrined as a kami to appease her. A very baby god whose domains are karmic vengeance and created beings, though she hasn't entirely left all her ghostly traits behind, either... Cheerful and friendly on the surface, but more than a little misanthropic and cynical underneath.

Other: Feels primarily like a really nasty vengeful ghost; a closer "look" will pick up on ???something else??? that is both electrical and vaguely divine in nature, though it's kind of fuzzy exactly what that is or how strong.

Artificially created beings (AI, homunculi, clones, etc.) might notice that she feels familiar, or trustworthy— she's essentially got admin privileges when she flexes.

As far as what she can sense goes, she can pick up on other spirits, people who are similar to her murderers in terms of attitude, and when people are similar to her in certain ways (though not the details of how or why).
